Rich with two other partners built my home in… Cave Creek back in 2008. It’s one of the best homes in the area, that is saying a lot, there are many nice homes out here. Ask Rich to see the pictures. I give Rich 5 stars, He’s honest also, that’s worth it’s weight in gold. He gave me a kick back …. $1500.00 when we hit a little hiccup when he would not have had to — times were difficult back then. What a fantastic experience from start to finish… working with Platinum Home Builders! This homebuilder built our home to perfection in less than 8 months. We demanded a tight timeline and Rich delivered a flawless schedule to make it happen! With nearly 10K sq./ft under roof it was no easy task to build and required attention to detail during every step along the way. Rich was/is the absolute professional that expertly held our hand during every step of the process (land, loan, architect, permits, HOA, contractors, inspections, products/materials, and anything you could think of building a custom home). Having been in our home for over 18 months we have not had one issue. This is a well-built custom home in every way and the professionalism of this company made it happen!
